Help Build a Different Path to Healing.
True Grit Federation is building whole-person, dimensional paths of support for veterans, adolescents, and families navigating PTSD, TBI/CTE, grief, and the impact of Unsolicited Transition. Your support can strengthen the work happening now while helping us responsibly build what comes next.

Why This Work Matters
Healing Cannot Be Forced Into a Box.
Every person carries a different history, nervous system, purpose, and path. True Grit Federation’s dimensional approach considers the whole person—body, brain, mind, spirit, purpose, creativity, nature, and community.
Our work is shaped by lived experience with veterans, traumatic brain injury, PTSD, CTE, grief, and family loss. We are building the connected, compassionate path that too many people struggle to find when conventional systems leave gaps.
-
Whole-Person
Support that respects the interconnected body, brain, mind, spirit, and life experience.
-
Individual Paths
People are not forced into a single program, label, or definition of healing.
-
Community Connection
Healing is strengthened through belonging, practical support, nature, creativity, and trusted relationships.
